After reading this post by Occam's Hatchet I sent an email to US Senator Cantwell of Washington with a bunch of details from this series. Sen. Cantwell sent an official letter to the Army. I got an official letter today, July 16, from Lt. Colonel Reschke of the Office of the US Army Inspector General at TACOM Life Cycle Management Command. He is investigating the possible improprieties by the officer who was in charge of the body armor evaluation program that Occam alleges in his postings.
BOTTOM LINE - Occam's investigation and posting got results. An investigation is underway.
According to the letter I will be advised about the outcome of the inquiry.
